Serving size: 2 persons (one small bowl)
Ingredients:
Milk: 2 cups
Sugar or jaggery: 1/3 cup (can adjust according to taste)
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Almond: as requited to garnish
Procedures:
1. Boil milk in a non-stick pan or heavy bottom pan (for heavy bottom pan, please grease it with ghee).4. After sugar completely melted add ghee and mix well. Stir it until the curled milk become thick consistency.
5. Then transfer it to a serving plate and garnish with almond.
