Milk halwa

Wanna try delicious and easiest dessert from milk

The recipe is always tempting for people to eat more. Let see the ingredients and how to make it.............


 Serving size: 2 persons (one small bowl)

Ingredients:

Milk: 2 cups

Sugar or jaggery: 1/3 cup (can adjust according to taste)

Ghee: 1 tbsp

Almond: as requited to garnish

Procedures:

1. Boil milk in a non-stick pan or heavy bottom pan (for heavy bottom pan, please grease it with ghee).


2. Add 1 tbsp of lemon/lime juice. Mix it well until the milk starts to curdle.


3. Once milk curdled, add sugar and mix well.


4. After sugar completely melted add ghee and mix well. Stir it until the curled milk become thick consistency. 



5. Then transfer it to a serving plate and garnish with almond.
