Yes, every human soul ends with a gloomy day after a tight schedule or repeated routine. Thus, we need a medium to revitalize it with less effort. Here I have an easy-peasy idea to transform the day into a happy moment:
Treat yourself with a dessert in a healthier way. Yes, all the ingredients used in this recipe are loaded with lots of health benefits.
Chia pudding with dark chocolate almond butter
& cinnamon powder
Serving size: 1 person
Ingredients:
Milk - 3/4 cup - cow's milk or almond milk
Plain water - 1/4 cup
Chia seeds - 4 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Dark chocolate almond butter - 1 1/2 tbsp (if not available, unsweetened chocolate powder -
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp (as per taste) ).
Palm sugar - as per taste (optional)
For garnish - any dried nuts or fruits (optional)
Instructions:
- Add chia seeds in a cup with milk and water. Mix it well.
- Add cinnamon powder, dark chocolate almond butter (or unsweetened chocolate powder), and palm sugar into the cup. Mix all the ingredients until combine well.
- Let the chia seeds to soak well in dry ingredients for at least 20 minutes.
- After chia seeds soaked well, garnish it with desired toppings, like dried nuts or fruits.
- Now, the pudding is ready to consume. 😋
