Chia pudding with dark chocolate almond butter & cinnamon powder

Yes, every human soul ends with a gloomy day after a tight schedule or repeated routine. Thus, we need a medium to revitalize it with less effort. Here I have an easy-peasy idea to transform the day into a happy moment:

Treat yourself with a dessert in a healthier way. Yes, all the ingredients used in this recipe are loaded with lots of health benefits. 

 Chia pudding with dark chocolate almond butter

& cinnamon powder 



Serving size: 1 person 

Ingredients:

Milk - 3/4 cup - cow's milk or almond milk

Plain water - 1/4 cup

Chia seeds - 4 tsp

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp

Dark chocolate almond butter - 1 1/2 tbsp (if not available, unsweetened chocolate powder -

       1 to 1 1/2 tbsp (as per taste) ).

Palm sugar - as per taste (optional)

For garnish - any dried nuts or fruits (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add chia seeds in a cup with milk and water. Mix it well. 
  2. Add cinnamon powder, dark chocolate almond butter (or unsweetened chocolate powder), and palm sugar into the cup. Mix all the ingredients until combine well. 
  3. Let the chia seeds to soak well in dry ingredients for at least 20 minutes. 
  4. After chia seeds soaked well, garnish it with desired toppings, like dried nuts or fruits.
  5. Now, the pudding is ready to consume. 😋
